Rillo was amazing , been under a lot of stress with work and school and just needed a hair cut . She is the reason I go there . She is personable and very good at what she does . Great to talk to and always makes sure she greets people as they come in . Usually have to wait longer for her but we’ll worth the wait every time !

Walked in the store and signed in. Didn’t see anyone and wasn’t greeted. The person working was in the back on the phone and didn’t even notice me there. I walked out after 5 mins of waiting In the lobby.
